Delivery Information

Gardners Bags shipping charges vary according to the size and weight of the order. Orders under 15kg we ship with the courier company Evri. Orders above 15kg are delivered using Parcelforce and DPD. Deliveries will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Standard UK Delivery Time: 3 - 5 working days.

Our shop is closed during the weekend. Therefore orders made during a Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday (or the next available working day). Please take this into consideration when ordering from us, that orders placed over the weekend may take a day or two longer to reach their final destination.

If an attempted delivery is made, and failed, and the items are returned, the full cost of delivery will be made to cover dispatch and return costs.

If a notice has been left or instructed for items to be left with a neighbour or placed somewhere which is not secure this is entirely at the customers own risk and Inspitalfields Ltd. will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
