Returns/Refund Policy
Our refund returns policy lasts for 14 days from the day you received the goods. After this time, we can no longer offer any refunds on items.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must have not been used of modified in any way. They must also be in its original packaging and in the same condition as to which you received it.
Items not eligible for a refund include bespoke orders and custom printed orders.
To exercise your right to a return, please send an email to paul@gardnersbags.com and that you wish to cancel/return your order. If you have had no reply within 24 hours please contact us on 02085581289 or 07848035641.
Refunds
Once your item(s) have been received we will notify you by email. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and you will be credited with the correct amount.
Damaged Goods
If the items that you have ordered are damaged on arrival, you have 3 working days from receiving the goods to notify us at paul@gardnersbags.com and we will investigate the matter further. Please attach photos of any damaged product/packaging so we can let you know if they should be returned to us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. Please see the above and send an email to paul@gardnersbags.com .
